Bella Rosa Boutique

I love walking through downtown Los Gatos because it has several unique and upscale clothing boutiques. Bella Rosa is no exception. In fact, I think it's the best one on the strip - although it's really really expensive. Given the affluence of the town, however, this should not be a surprise.

True, Los Gatos is well-known for its affluent community...and Santa Cruz Avenue is lined with lots of swanky specialty boutiques - but Bella Rosa Boutique surpasses them all! In terms of fashion, Bella Rosa is by far the hippest, trendiest, and coolest clothing store (or rather, "boutique") on the strip. In a way, it's almost out of place being in Los Gatos because it doesn't really match LG's demographic. Instead, it reminds me of the boutiques on Robertson Blvd. in West L.A.

But I'm not going to complain because the fashion is right up my alley. The good thing is that it's in my neighborhood, so it's somewhere that I frequently like to go -- just to window shop. Admittedly, I've never purchased anything there (Maybe if the startup that I work at goes public...wishful thinking, perhaps!??!)!

The store is indeed a girl's Candyland. The intriguing window displays lure you in with vibrant and unique designs straight out of the latest fashion magazines. Of course, these beautiful creations don't come without a cost and if you're shopping at Bella Rosa, prepare to throw down! A t-shirt will run you about $80-100! But I guess if you compare it to LA boutiques, the prices aren't too over the top...they're just more than I'm accustomed to.

I give it an A+ for presentation and alluring decor. I just wish it were more affordable to look fabulous! :)
