Celine embarks on her Taking Chances World Tour with stops in Africa, Asia, Australia and Europe, before returning to the US and Canada.
45 arena dates will launch in Boston on August 12, 2008. The tour will wind its way throughout the U.S. and the singer's native Canada over the course of six months, culminating on January 30, 2009 in Ft. Lauderdale. It promises to be another spectacular live concert event where Celine will perform her biggest hits, along with songs from her new English album Taking Chances which will be released on November 13th. The show, which is being directed by Jamie King (Madonna's Confessions World Tour, Christina Aguilera's Back to Basics World Tour, Ricky Martin's Livin' La Vida Loca World Tour) will accompany Celine's performances with a visual feast of color, fashion, dance and surprise!

Sure her music is nice and with pop songs written by other people but her attitude and on stage performance seems the spawn of the devil! Who poses like that?? Really? Who acts like that? It doesn't even come across as a flamboyant, unusual personality, she's just weird! Drives me nuts. 'nough said.

She has the most amazing voice, I started listening to her songs when I was in college, and have loved her ever since. She has the most pure yet powerful voice. I loved all her hits, and still listening to it sometimes. Her love for her son is also very touching. There is not many singers will station in one city so that can always be at her son's side.
