Mommies Who Meditate
All of us Mommies need to care for ourselves. Just 15 minutes of meditation a day activates your immune system, helps memory and concentration, calms your nervous system, and reduces stress and fatigue--all things that can better enable us to bring our best to mothering. Join us once a week Sundays 3—4 PM (except 3rd Sundays) for some time in with yourself. We work on the basics of meditating, with the goal of supporting each other in developing a daily mediation practice. All mommies welcome.
