This class offers a chance to go through your wardrobe and drawers and find items that you might not be wearing because a fixing is broken, or a hem lifting, perhaps your body shape has changed or you've bought a vintage item or picked up a charity shop fnd that needs to be modified or maybe something just needs to be revamped and embellished to give it a new lease of life!
During the session you will learn some simple alteration techniques picked up by 'Fabrications' Barley Massey during her 15… Show more years of working freelance in wardrobe for Film and TV. Barley will also tailor the session according to the garments brought in and what you'd like to do to them!
Depending on the nature of the alteration, you should be able to complete 1 - 3 garments, but you are welcome to bring in additional garments to get advice on.
