Teen Valentine's Chocolate Class

At the end of this workshop you will have the perfect gift for your special valentine.
The course will begin with an introduction to Rococo and a background about how chocolate is made. Each person will then decorate their very own chocolate box. You can let your imagination run wild with the box as your canvas.
While the boxes are drying, we will head down to the chocolate kitchen to prepare the chocolates. In the chocolate kitchen, we will begin with pre-made ganache. Each person will be able… Show more to create their unique truffles by rolling and coating.
At the end of the class, you will pack up your creations in your personalised box to take home.
