It's in one of the last shopping centers on Anderson and Redlands Blvd. located in Loma Linda. It sits next to Baker's so it is fairly easy to miss. Nothing exotic about this place, but it has pizza down to an art. Vincent the owner has years of experience crafting these fresh and flavorful American favorites from scratch each day. He does not use oil in the creation of these healthy delicacies so they are good tasting and good for you too. You can order and have your food in 15-20 minutes, so it's a top spot for me to grab a bite during a rushed lunch or a great place to plan a meeting for dinner with friends. The diner interior is clean and Vincent is the smiling host who greets his regulars with their name or a welcoming smile. The only downside is that seating is limited and it's hard to find a seat at weekday lunches.
