Now and Zen Yoga Studio is the most established center in Lodi. We have a wide range of class times to choose from. We have therapeutic, beginning, mixed level, prenatal, mom and baby, and vinyasa flow yoga. We also offer pilates and tai chi classes. We have five massage therapists in the studio.
