The winery’s location on Tesla Road, one of California’s premier wine tasting trails, places Concannon at the center stage of the winegrowing renaissance in Livermore Valley Wine Country.
We invite you to visit the winery for a tour and tasting. Our tasting room staff will make sure your visit to Concannon is memorable. They'll share Concannon’s family history and a few family secrets while pouring our distinctive and exclusive selection of wines. Each day we open a library wine along with our current releases so you can taste the age-ability of our signature red wines.
A founding family of California wine, Concannon introduced the first varietally labeled Petit Sirah in 1964 sparking a love affair with this varietal. Concannon also led with the introduction of Cabernet Clones 7,8 and 11 helping to replant much of Napa Valley in the 1970's.
