How do I pay with a check if I am an attendee?
If you would like to purchase your ticket by check please follow the instructions below. The registration site will not be able to process checks so you must send them to:
Aging Well c/o Seniors’ Resource Center 3227 Chase Street Denver, CO 80212.
Checks must be made out to Seniors' Resource Center with a note on the check that states, Aging Well Conference.
Included must be all of the registration information: name (each person in your party), number… Show more of people attending, e-mail address, company/organization registrant works for, their job title and phone number.
Once your check is received we will enter your information into the EventBrite registration site and you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket(s). Please print your ticket(s) and bring them the day of the conference. All c hecks must be recieved by May 31, 2013 . If you have any questions please contact Chelsea Rybak at crybak@srcaging.org.
