Starving Artist Cafe' is an award-winning European-style cafe' in the heart of the Argenta Arts District in downtown North Little Rock. Owned and operated by Chef Jason Morell and his wife Paula. Starving Artist Cafe' features gourmet salads, panini, crepes, fish and pasta specials for lunch, and adds fresh seafood, steak, and other delicious entrees for dinner. All soups, sauces, salad dressings, and breads are made fresh in-house daily. Reminiscent of a French artists' loft, the walls are covered with the works of local artists (all for sale), and you can watch painters paint or enjoy listening to a musician play as you dine on Chef Jason's delights.
