TMTC 5K Run/Walk

The Mary Tipton Corporation’s (TMTC) second annual 5K walk/run will be held on Saturday, May45 th 2013 at Arabia Mountain Nature Preserve located at 3787 Klondike Road, Lithonia, Ga   30038 at 8 a.m.
Registration will begin at 8 a.m. The walk/run will begin at 9am with an opening ceremony acknowledging all sponsors . Registration to participate in the walk is $25. The purpose of this charitable event is to raise social awareness for Mental Health Awareness Month. The theme for this months walk is Total Wellness Awareness.  The corralation between mental health and physical health is essential.  Through our sister organization we have found individuals with mental health issues generally do not have the presence of mind to monitor or take care of their physical health.
