Historic House Tours at Hearthside House Museum
Lincoln’s Hearthside House Museum, built in 1810, will host guided tours on Sunday, April 6th. Tours begin at 1:00 p.m., with the last tour starting at 3:00 p.m. Costumed docents provide interpretation, with an in-depth history about the history of this house and its families. Included are 10 rooms plus the 3rd floor attic where the original Hearthside Looms are displayed and demonstrations given. Freshly baked bread in the oven, and homemade cookies are served from the colonial kitchen.
