"As a Shadow Passes: The Native American Peoples of the Yadkin Valley, 10,000 B.C.–1700 A.D.," artifacts from Wake Forest University's Museum of Anthropology and from UNC Chapel Hill's Research Laboratory of Archaeology. The museum is located in the old Davidson County Courthouse, 2 S. Main St. in Lexington. The hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday-Friday and 2-4 p.m. on the First Sunday of each month.
