Eating with the Ecosystem: Culinary Celebration of Southern New England Waters
Eating with the Ecosystem is a traveling dinner series that embraces a community driven, place-based approach to sustainable seafood — one that is both ecologically sensitive and good for the local fishing economy. The dinner at Nourish will explore the culinary treasures of Southern New England waters, an area stretching from Long Island Sound to Nantucket Shoals to the edge of the continental shelf. Guest speakers Katie Eagan (fisherman) and Nathan Rebuck (ocean acidification researcher).
