In this 5-week course you will practice a variety of Meditation techniques to focus and calm your mind, reduce stress, and increase your sense of well-being. The Course is offered on Mondays at 7:20 pm (November 29 through December 27). Please email or call to pre-register. After you complete the course, attending group practice sessions can help you maintain your Meditation practice.
