Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, presented by Transylvania University Theater

Transylvania University Theater presents Tom Stoppard’s brilliant comedy that puts Shakespeare’s two hapless losers from Hamlet—Rosencrantz and Guildenstern—at the vortex of an unpredictable universe,in which reality becomes make-believe and theatrical death becomes reality.

Adding to the uncertainty is a cast of men and women exchanging roles on alternating performances.

Two colloquia following both matinee performances (Nov. 7 and 8) will try to make sense of it all.
