A light folk-rock act of the early '70s, America had several Top Ten hits, including the number ones "A Horse with No Name" and "Sister Golden Hair." Vocalists/guitarists Dewey Bunnell, Dan Peek, and Gerry Beckley met while they were still in high school in the late '60s; all three were sons of U....
Named after a legendary Southern prostitute who allegedly beheaded and mutilated her clients, Jacksonville's Molly Hatchet meld loud hard rock boogie with guitar jam-oriented Southern rock. Formed in 1975, the group's original lineup featured three guitarists -- Dave Hlubek, Steve Holland, and Duane Roland -- plus vocalist Danny Joe Brown, bassist Banner Thomas, and drummer Bruce Crump....
At age 19, this perky small-town waitress from North Carolina auditioned for Season 5 of American Idol. With her all-American good looks and harrowing sob story (her mom was MIA and her dad was in jail), she soon won over audiences while showcasing a powerhouse voice and charming naiveté (she routinely mispronounced words)....
Farrell Webber and Seven Bridges Road, A Tribute to the Music of The Eagles - With its delicate and haunting six-string intricacies, Seven Bridges Road has set out to recall the legend that is The Eagles with a shimmering, richly-layered recreation worthy of the legacy of Don Henley and the boys....
A bone-dry observer of everyday absurdities, laidback comic Steven Wright might be the '90s heir apparent to Bob Newhart. He is funny in spots, but Wright's monotone delivery is not for everyone's taste....

Hard rock band Cinderella gained success in the mid-'80s, turning out a series of million-selling albums and hit singles while placing music videos in heavy rotation on MTV. By the mid-'90s, the group's mass popularity had subsided due to professional setbacks and perceived changes in taste....

Saw the show 9/27/09 at Penns Peak. The place is in the middle of NOWHERE!! Not "the best place to see a show" for sure. Folding chairs and a "pit" area in fron of that...no pit people staning up in front of you..they dont get to sit but have the best view! Cheaper tickets too!
Love the band saw them in Atlantic City at the Tropicana and no comparison...
