Start Times: You will be able to select your preferred start time during registration. We make every effort to accommodate your preferred start time, but it is not guaranteed. You will receive an email one week prior to race day with your official start time. If you are competing to win you must select an "elite" preferred start time. Only elite start times will be eligible to receive awards.
"Elite"… Show more start times: If you are coming to Metro Dash to compete, then register for an "elite" start time. The top 20 fastest males and the top 20 fastest females from the "elite" waves will run the course a second time at 10:30 AM. Each athlete's second finish time will be added to his/her's first finish time and averaged. The top three male and female athletes with the fastest average finish times win.
