Lobster ME, LEV Restaurant Group’s newest fast-casual concept to make waves on the Las Vegas strip, is the result of an obsession with traditional New England cuisine and the search for the world’s best lobster roll. The design of the classic, yet sleek space, located in the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, was inspired by traditional New England coastal lobster shacks and features weathered woods, buoys and chalkboards. The quick-service restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is open 365 days a year.

Lobster ME prepares all of its lobster with their secret, signature take on the traditional New England fashion. Their signature Lobster Rolls are joined by a selection of all things lobster, including Lobster Mac & Cheese, Lobster Salad, Lobster-on-a-Stick and house-made Lobster Ice Cream.

Breakfast items include: Steel-cut Oatmeal, Fruit Popovers, Fresh Cut Fruit Cups, Assorted Pastries, Coffee/Espresso
