Part of The Venetian and The Palazzo’s summer CARNEVALE, Passion for Cabernet Weekend features an exclusive wine dinner hosted by Niccolo Maltinti, US Ambassador for the Antinori Family, and Marcus Notaro, maker of Col Solare wines.
A “pop up” dining experience, this meal from executive chef Olivier Dubreui will be paired with exquisite red wines from the Antinori Winery of Tuscany, Italy and the Col Solare vineyards of Washington State.
