Tignanello Vertical Wine Dinner
A part of The Venetian’s summer CARNEVALE, an exclusive dinner hosted by Alessia Botturi, president of North American Sommelier Association and renowned authority of Italian wines.
This 6-course meal features Tignanello wines from the Chianti region of Italy, paired with meal from executive chef Olivier Dubreui.
For a wine enthusiast, Tignanello is a milestone. First: Sangiovese aged in barriques; red blended with non-traditional varieties; and Chianti reds not to use white grapes.
