Internationally renowned archaeologist Yosef Garfinkel will present on his recent excavations of a 1,000 year-old site in Israel on the border between ancient Philistia and the Kingdom of Judea. Garfinkel found three unique rooms that he has compared with biblical descriptions of the temple of King Solomon.
As new discoveries are made by archaeologists worldwide, questions surface about coordination of biblical texts and the evidence revealed in excavations.
