Epic Racing Arena: Welcome  
The Epic Racing Arena Festival is the first event of its kind: A spectacular four day celebration of all things obstacle racing, fitness, and entertainment. Within the heart of the Arena lies one of the most challenging obstacle courses in the world, where the world's greatest athletes will compete head-to-head for cash prizes and the title of Epic Racing Arena Champion.
Racer- and Spectator-friendly, the Festival also includes a fast-paced Team Relay and two open obstacle… Show more races (Citizen's Race) for all to register and participate in on Friday and Sunday, as well as a 10k Hybrid Race (run and optional obstacles) on Saturday. 
The Festival presents something for everyone, including exhibitions from various evolving sports genre like parkour/freerunnering as well as incredible musical performances from the center of the action.

THURSDAY - 1 EVENT
Qualifying Day - Thursday Dec 5th, 2013
 
1.Elite Racers by invitation only from epicracingarena.com entrance application.
2.a la carte Spectator/Media Day entrance $ 20.00 per person.
3.Special Media/Expo day: free gifts and pics with elite racers included with a la carte Spectator Qualifying day pass.
  Friday -  1 EVENT
Citizen's Race - Friday Dec 6th, 2013
3+ miles of running with 20+ unique and thrilling obstacles including a run through the Elite Arena, with cash and sponsor prizes for each day. Awards are 10 deep for open entry and 5 deep for masters 40-49 M F and 5 deep for grandmasters 50+ M F.
Unique finishers prizes for all finishers. Citizen’s Day 1 Friday and Day 2 Sunday: Entries include Saturday’s Professional Elite Race spectator pass:

SATURDAY -  3 EVENTS
Team Relay Race - Saturday Dec 7th, 2013
Saturday: An exciting fast paced single loop inside the arena. Teams are comprised of 4 participants dividing the arena course by 4. Team captain to submit team application with all team members and any alternates. Qualifying heats in the morning. Team relay championship at night.
(Ticket price includes relay race and spectator pass to Elite Race on Saturday night.)
"Hybrid" 10k Race with optional obstacles - Saturday Dec 7th, 2013
Saturday - come join our 10k race with prizes and awards. Want to try out a few obstacles along the way? Obstacles pull outs, just pull into the obstacle lane and try a few out. It’s up to you, have fun playing on the short obstacle lanes or go for a PR on the race. If you ever wanted to try an obstacle race but were a little cautious, now is your chance to try a few out for fun on a race you already enjoy
(Ticket price includes 10k race and event expo pass.)
 
Elite Race -   Saturday Dec 7th, 2013
Saturday Evening Professional elite obstacle race determined by qualifying heats taking place on 12/5/13 . Prizes awarded 10 deep with $1,000.00 value minimum guaranteed for 10th place in final event. No Entrance Fee for elite racers; must submit application through epicracingarena.com elite race application.
SUNDAY - 1 EVENT
Citizen's Race #2 - Sunday Dec 8th, 2013

Pricing Schedule. Price increases
There will be price increases of roughly 20% on all race entries and ticket categories on March 6th, 2013 and again on August 6th, 2013. Be sure to register early.
Registration Swag Bags
All entries before October 5th, 2013 receive a singlet shirt, tech shirt or compression shirt and swag bag.  Please check size and your choice of shirt. Last minute entry receives t-shirt and swag bag by availability only.

Waiver:  Due to the potentially dangerous nature of this race, and all obstacle course races, registered racers and spectators may be required to sign agreements including, but not limited to, assumption of risk and waiver of liability prior to entering the venue.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:   All fees and associated costs (including optional product purchases, spectator tickets, and donations), paid in registration for this Epic Racing event are Not Refundable For Any Reason, under any circumstances, including but not limited to injury, a scheduling conflict, and/or event cancellation due to any circumstances out of the control of Evolutionary Sports Promotions Inc, Epic Racing Arena and/or all of its affiliates; such as but not limited to acts of God and Nature, labor disputes, entertainer cancellation, or local and national security events. I also understand that active duty or deployed military participants may be entitled to a refund on a case-by-case basis upon providing sufficient, official documentation regarding the deployment that conflicts with participating in the event.
