Childbirth education classes covering prenatal wellness, the birth process (labor and delivery), finding comfort in labor, thoughtful decision making, natural childbirth, the postpartum period, and more. Six classes over three months. An expectant mother should begin the course in the fourth or fifth month of pregnancy, but if your pregnancy doesn't fit our schedule, please call to discuss your options.
A new course begins the first Monday in May, August, and November. Limited to six couples.
