Employment Edge Workshop for Veterans

Workforce Connections in partnership with the Las Vegas Urban League, ReviewJournal.com, Nevada JobConnect and United Way of Southern Nevada will be holding a free job readiness workshop for veterans of U.S. military service (those who have served in any branch including Reserve and National Guard units). The workshop will include valuable sessions on translating military experience and skills to private sector job requirements, resume writing, interviewing skills, the federal job search, online… Show more job searching and more. Included in the event will be a mock interview session with employers and professionals, and drop-in resume critiquing.
