Designer Patrick Jouin’s interiors ignite the senses with a 24-foot chandelier of 15,000 hand-blown glass spheres. MIX’s lavish universe continues into the MIX Lounge where floor-to-ceiling faux brown leather, stunning views from the terrace and stellar cocktails seduce guests late into the night.

MIX’s menu masterfully blends contemporary French and American dishes with global accents. Appetizers include Tender Potato Gnocchi with cepe and enoki mushrooms, asparagus and black truffle shavings; and a luscious Duck Foie Gras accented with date apricot chutney. Entrees include a Roasted Maine Lobster “au curry,” served with coconut basmati rice; and Beef Tenderloin Rossini with potato galette and black truffle sauce. The popular and indulgent “comfort food” side dish of Elbow Pasta with black truffle, ham and Gruyere cheese makes a welcome appearance on the menu.

MIX in Las Vegas can accommodate up to 240 guests for a sit-down dinner and up to 400 guests for hors d’oeuvres.
