Renowned designer Jeffrey Beers’ tropical fantasy is a 20,000 square-foot spectacle for the senses. Guests pass through a 22-foot tall wall of fire and are met with the cool rush of a waterfall followed by a dining space of epic proportions. The spectacular three-tiered dining area features the world’s largest rum bar, measuring 144 feet long and 19 feet high. As succulent cuisine is cooked over open fire pits, the world’s two largest conga drums rise from the floor, and rumjungle begins its nightly transformation into the hottest nightspot in Las Vegas.

Enjoy unique dining with rumjungle’s fixed price Rodizio, featuring unlimited quantities of grilled meat, fish, and fowl with accompaniments served tableside from three-foot cooking spears. Rodizio includes Bacon Wrapped Jerk Spiced Chicken with chipotle-guava barbecue sauce; and Mint Mojo Marinated Lamb Chops with coconut guajillo sauce. rumjungle also offers an exotic “a la carte” menu featuring Cashew Crab Cakes with eggplant sofrito, avocado crema and vigaron slaw; and Caribbean Curried Jambalaya with shrimp, salmon, lobster, chorizo, chicken, coconut curry broth, grilled pineapple, and coconut-scallion rice.

rumjungle can accommodate up to 520 guests for sit-down dinners, and up to 1,000 guests for standing cocktail receptions.
