At the end of March, well-known chef Scott Howard joined the Left Bank as executive chef. He set about revamping the menu by working closely with the Larkspur French brasserie's co-owner Roland Passot and director of cuisine Joel Guillon. Since then, Marin's food community has been buzzing about what this would mean for the restaurant.
