Using the Whole Vegetable Cooking Demonstration & Book Signing
Tara Duggan will be visiting the Marin Country Mart Farmers' Market on Saturday, September 21st from 10:30-11:30 am, to demonstrate how to cook one of her delicious recipes. Tara is the author of Root-to-Stalk Cooking: The Art of Using the Whole Vegetable, in which she describes how to utilize every part of a plant. The demonstration will take place under the big farmers’ market tent, followed by a book signing at Diesel Books from 11:30 to 12:30.
