For dinner there will be a $64.50 3-course prix fixe menu with entrée choices of Braised Beef Short Ribs with root vegetable gratin, aged Comtécheese and poivrade currant jelly sauce; or Oven Roasted Sea Bream with black quinoa, asparagus, crayfish, lemongrass and lobster emulsion. The prix fixe dinner menu items will also be available a la carte. Complimentary party favors, live music by the Hot House Swing Quartette from 8:15 PM to 12:15 AM, and a midnight glass of sparkling wine.
