How: The Workout In June Will Be Fran. Whether You Do Fran Rx'ed, Scaled, Or Using Bands For Pull-Ups- It Doesn't Matter. You Will Be Judged On Your Improvement From Your Last Fran Time (Done In April Or May). Along With Fran, There Will Be Other Skills (Max Push-Ups/Pull-Ups).
