On the Observing of the Observer of the Observers Art Exhibit
An exhibition of digital art highlighting the role of surveillance in Lancaster and the world will be on view until April 7 in the Rothman and Curriculum galleries of the Phillips Museum of Art at Franklin & Marshall College.
