Lancaster Fitclub - Free Fit Club - All Fitness Levels Welcome

Join us for a Free workout!
Every Wednesday from 7-8 PM (Starting 8/15/2012)

Our workouts are designed to get you moving and feeling good and are designed for both Beginners and the Super Fit.

- Workouts will be DVD-based with a different one every week.
- Immediately following the workout will be a recovery drink sampling.
- Floor is hard so please bring a yoga mat if you'd like.
- Majority of the workouts are 45 minutes to an hour so please bring water!
