The holiday season kicks off with the Mayor’s Tree Lighting and Tuba Christmas. The evening includes the official arrival of Santa Claus, lighting of the City’s Christmas tree, Tuba Christmas and evening hours for Central Market. During the month of December come downtown for over 30 holiday events and activities including visits with Santa in Binns Park, horse drawn carriage rides, model train display, and of course holiday shopping.
