Hunt Club

On the grounds of Geneva National Golf Club is the Hunt Club Lodge, originally part of the historic summer estate of plumbing industrialist R.T. Crane. The Hunt Club building was restored in 1990 and now houses a gracious restaurant that offers a full-service menu of American cuisine. We're known for our steaks, chops, seafood and wild game. The Hunt Club is serves dinner Tuesday-Sunday beginning at 5pm. Bar service begins at 4pm Tuesday-Sundays with Happy Hour specials from 4-6pm including 1/2 price small plates and 2 for 1 cocktails, beers and glasses of wine. The Hunt Club is entirely smoke-free. The Hunt Club also has private space available for group luncheons, dinners and social parties of up to 100 guests. The Hunt Club offers a beautiful and intimate setting for birthday events, anniversary celebrations, office parties and wedding rehearsal dinners.Our menu changes seasonally, offering a variety of fresh flavors. We support local farms and grow many of our own vegetables and herbs. Examples of our savory first course include Tuna Shashimi with Wasabi Sorbet, Rosemary Infused Shrimp Skewers and Wild Game Sausages. Salad examples include classic Caesar, Bacon and Poached Egg with Spinach and a Hot Bacon Vinagrette, and a Ice Berg Wedge Salad With Maytag Bleu Cheese. Examples of our main courses include Grilled Filet Mignon with w/ Truffled Potatoes, Seared Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes with Rosti Potato or Sugar Cured Duck Breast with Wild Mushroom Risotto and a Lingonberry Jus. We have an award-winning wine list with over 800 selections, making it the largest in the state of Wisconsin, featuring wines from Napa Valley and elsewhere in California, Oregon, Washington, France, Germany, New Zealand, Australia, Spain and South Africa. Near the main dining room, the Legends Tavern also offers a great spot for dining or cocktails. Nibble on appetizers and sip wine from our fantastic beverage list while overlooking the Gary Player Course and Lake Como.
