Kassra Restaurant

Persians have a wonderful potato chicken salad that tastes more upscale Newport Beach than Old World. It's mayonnaise-based and yet not heavy. Kassra, along with its chicken, beef and lamb kebabs, makes a very good version, chunky with white-meat chicken and diced potatoes. For $6, it's a perfect meal.
