Based on Sun Style, it is easy to learn. Anyone can participate, even those with some physical limitations. This "moving meditation" has benefits - better balance, lower risk of falls. It improves physical condition, muscle strength, coordination and flexibility while being a low-impact, weight-bearing exercise.
