Fitt Mumma Boot Camp

So you want to get involved in an exercise program and have a little one to think about too? We have the solution!!! Commencing Monday 18 February 2013 we will be starting our very first Mums & Bubs Boot Camp. The benefits of our Mums & Bubs Boot Camp is that it is a fun non threatening or competitive environment where you can get fit and bring your little one with you. All our boot camp sessions are designed to challenge the entire group within their own individual limits. We like variety and can guarantee that you will not do a repeat of any session.
SESSION Information Monday to Friday at 9.30 a.m. Len Fox Park, Marine Parade, Labrador. Cost is $29.00 per week for unlimited sessions Bookings are required as numbers are limited.
