The Nine Network, with Mercy Children’s Hospital, is kicking off Read Across America with a Dr. Seuss Birthday Bash! Join us for story time featuring Dr. Seuss books, make your own Dr. Seuss hat, enjoy screenings of the PBS show The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That!™, and get your picture taken with the Cat in the Hat! With a paid adult admission, children age 11 and under who bring a new Dr. Seuss book ($5 minimum value) to donate to the Joplin school district will receive free admission.
