A 6-week injury prevention and performance-enhancing program for runners of all levels. Reduce your risk for common running related injuries and improve your running mechanics. Small group training led by Exercise Physiologists and Athletic Trainers with a strong background in running, strength, and conditioning. Program includes: running specific strength training and plyometrics, interval running on Super Treadmills, core strengthening, individualized nutrition analysis, and interval training.
