Wells Institute has opened a Medical Clinic.

We will be seeing patients for minor illness exams, such as, bronchitis, sore throat, colds, cough, ear infections and more.

We can also see patients for Sports/Band/Employment Physicals.

The clinic is open Monday - Thursday - 9 AM to 11 AM

Visits cost a flat fee $45.00 per visit.

No insurance needed * Cash only

Visits are by appointment, please call 937-293-2157 to schedule.
