Mindful Based Stress Reduction Meditation Course
Meditation Class starting for Fall! As taught at Google,the Military and Schools. Reduce suffering, anxiety, sleep disorders and any dis-ease of the body, including stress from addictions and re-entry from Detention. All is welcome, sliding scale offered. Materials are included, class is six weeks long. Learn a powerful life skill that will increase joy and decrease suffering. This is a six week course. 11/7-12/19 no class on 11/21 Small group and private sessions are offered.
