Yoga for Scoliosis and Back Care
This six week series will focus on using the physical postures of yoga to lengthen the spine, strengthen weak areas, stretch muscles that have tightened, and improve alignment. Breathing techniques to improve awareness, and relaxation poses to quiet the mind and body will be taught. Please pre-register.
