Live Entertainment The Angel & The Ox will offer some of the best blend of Irish and American traditions in all of Katy. In addition to the 101 Pints Club, Pub Quiz Nights, and Gaelic Games, they will offer traditional Irish Pub music on Thursday nights and a wide variety of Irish/American Rock on Friday and Saturday nights. Televised sporting events will also be featured at The Angel & The Ox, giving priority to Soccer, Rugby, Football and Gaelic Sports. The owners, Brett & Amy Scholz both have Irish blood running through them. Brett was born in Lakenheath, England, although he has Scottish and German ancestry, as well. His red-haired, freckle-faced wife, Amy, is also of Irish and German decent, and together they have dreamed and planned for the opening of their first Pub.
