Project Couture: Beauty and the Beat will feature 20 models and celebrity-guest model from America's Next Top Model, Bianca Golden! Chicago's up-and-coming fashion designers: B. Chantel, Strictly Business, Audacious1987, DeJe' and Out of the Loop will be on the runway.
