10:00 am Silent sitting meditation practice.
10:30 am The practice of the Chenrezig & Amitabha sadhanas for developing loving, kindess. Followed by a short teaching afterwards by Lama Tsultrim Khandro.
No prior practice is needed. All interested are welcome to attend.
