Captain Nemo's Steak Submarines was established in 1973 by Bill Miller Sr. and his wife Faye. The distinctive taste of the Captain Nemo's sandwich has become an Irving standard and known throughout North Texas as the unique taste in fast food. Mr. Miller maintained a commitment to the highest quality products to make the Captain Nemo's Submarine sandwich a taste to remember.

Today the tradition lives on. Bill Miller Jr., who has been the baker for the past 29 years, purchased the business in 1991. He continues the commitment to maintain the high standards that have built the business for the past 30+ years. Bill is committed to customer service and the highest quality products, just as his father had been for so many years.
