With an extensive beer and wine list, Steelhead Micro Bewery promises excellent, fresh food in a pub-like atmosphere. Irvine's state-of-the art 15-barrel brewery has a production capacity of 141 barrels a month or 1,695 barrels per year. The ales are brewed using a single-step infusion all-grain process.
