A series that explores the fundamental principles and basic movements of the ancient Chinese art of tai chi. Emphasis will be placed on posture, relaxation, and stress reduction. Each week, the instructor will cover a specific topic and explain how to incorporate tai chi into your overall wellness strategy. Class topics repeat every eight weeks and do not have to be taken in sequence. However, regular attendance and practice is highly recommended. This class is appropriate for beginners.
