Yoga is a part of all three Journeys for Cadettes! Get a head start on aMAZE!, Breathe and MEdia while attending this just-for-Cadettes yoga class.
Smiling Monkey Yoga will introduce your girl scout to simple breathing techniques and yoga poses in a fun and vibrant setting. By practicing yoga, your girl scout will gain self-confidence, increase flexibility, and develop a peaceful mind and spirit.
Yoga mats provided. Please wear comfortable clothing.
